Returns policy

We are pleased to refund unworn and unmarked goods with original packaging and boxed in a saleable condition accompanied by the purchase invoice within 7 days of the purchase date, there will be a 10%fee charge for administrative costs. This only applies to items in standard sizes only.
If you order the wrong size shoes/ garments they may be exchanged for a different size with no extra cost, this does not apply when custom measurements are given.
Orders for bespoke or made to measure items are non- returnable and non-refundable.
Fabulously Fetish accepts no responsibility for incorrect fitting of shoes/ garments when custom measurements are supplied by customer.
In accordance to your rights we will be pleased to refund or exchange any justified complaints goods which are found to be defective as to quality description or performance.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn and you have changed your mind or if goods have been damaged after purchase.
